Getting started

Most workspaces are operational within 15 minutes. Sign up, name your company, import your customers (or skip and start fresh), and issue your first invoice.
No. The full workspace runs in any modern browser. The Windows desktop app and POS are optional — install them if you want offline access or hardware integration.
Yes. Export your data to IIF (QuickBooks) or CSV (Sage), drop it into the Data Migration wizard, and we’ll import your customers, vendors, items and chart of accounts. Proprietary .QBB / .QBM / .PTB / .CAB files need to be exported from the original app first — we show step-by-step instructions.

Security & data

Yes. Every tenant has its own isolated database. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. Brute-force attempts trigger account lockout. Journal entries are SHA-256 chained so any retroactive tampering is detectable. HSTS, CSP, and rate limiting are all in place.
Yes. GDPR Article 20 data portability is built in. Privacy & Data → Download all your data gives you a complete JSON dump of every record we hold. Excel and PDF exports for individual modules too.
Your workspace stays accessible read-only for 90 days. Export everything in that window. Financial records are retained for 5-7 years per local tax law even after account deletion (see retention policy).

POS & hardware

Any printer Windows can see (thermal 58mm/80mm or A4). USB barcode scanners that emit keyboard events (Symbol, Honeywell, generic). Cash drawers via RJ-11 to the receipt printer.
Yes. The POS holds local copies of products, customers, and recent sales. When connectivity returns, transactions sync automatically. Z-reports queue and post when back online.
Yes — the POS works standalone with a local database. But when you connect it to the books, every sale automatically posts a journal entry, every refund reverses it, and your inventory drops in real time.

Billing & support

Starter: community forum + docs. Growth: email response within 24 working hours. Scale: priority email + WhatsApp + 4-hour business SLA.
Yes — 30-day money-back for first-time paid subscribers, no questions asked. After that, prorated refunds for unused days when you cancel.
