Yes. Every PROQAL BOOKS workspace runs on its own dedicated SQLite database file. No shared tables, no shared rows, no risk of cross-tenant data leakage. We can hand you a full backup of your database file at any time.
Every audit-log entry is hashed with SHA-256 and chained to the previous entry. If anyone tampers with historical records, the chain breaks and our verification endpoint detects the exact point of tampering. It's the same technique blockchains use — without the overhead.
PROQAL BOOKS supports any tax rate via the Settings panel. The Tax Summary report works for VAT, GST, sales tax, and similar transaction taxes. Custom tax mappings and statutory templates are available on Enterprise.
